What private AI means for your data
Most AI tools send your text to a company's cloud. There it is processed, and it may be stored or logged. Our products work differently. The AI model runs on a computer you control, so your documents stay with you.
This matters for law firms, clinics, brokers and insurers. They hold data they must protect by law. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 makes businesses responsible for the personal data they collect. Keeping AI in-house makes that easier to manage.
Under the Act, failing to protect personal data can lead to a penalty of up to ₹250 crore (MeitY: DPDP Act, 2023).
Private AI no longer needs a data centre. Most of our products run on one PC with an NVIDIA GPU of 8 GB or more. Humanizer, for example, needs about 16 GB of free disk space.
